SO WHAT'S SO GOOD ABOUT KUDOS SYSTEMS?

QUALITY COMPONENTS   They are built by a long standing and trustworthy company. We source our system components  paying careful attention to field and independent test data – not just what's cheap as with others, there are many components we avoid. 

LATEST TECHNOLOGY   We do not hold stock reserves, components are delivered directly through official manufacturers channels on a weekly basis to fulfill placed orders. This ensures the latest models and features with the greatest upgradeability path, not old stock that has been ageing on a shelf.

GENUINE COMPONENTS   All components are sourced through official manufacturers channels – no grey market, discontinued, poor or faulty batch lines often disposed of in the UK (computer fairs especially).

GENUINE SOFTWARE   We don't break the law or create criminals of our customers. We hear from many new customers who have previously been sold PC's with illegal Operating System (O.S.) software. This allows unscrupulous dealers to pocket the not inconsiderable cost while you're left in breach of the law and with no support (modern O.S.s detect and report illegal use).

We only supply official channel and genuine O.S. and general software with PCs, however we recognize that many people use unofficial software for many reasons and we will always respect their personal choices. This will not effect warranty, you are welcome to buy a system without O.S. and load it with whatever you wish or we can supply a range of excellent free Linux O.S.s to your requirement saving you money. All customer software/data is always treated with total confidentially.

UPGRADEABILITY    Kudos are built to the generic template. This gives maximum flexibility – thousands of compatible peripherals and low cost replacement parts, upgrades and repairs. For example a replacement power supply unit (PSU) for a 'big name' PC will typically cost in excess of £100 as opposed to £14 for a generic!

EXCELLENT AND FREE SUPPORT   We have no premium rate phone lines etc. and do not seek to profit from customers problems or lack of knowledge. Happy repeat customers and reliable PC's are our goal.

System cases are carefully selected for build quality, PSU quality and enduring professional edged style encompassing CE & FCC approval. We avoid gimmicky cases as standard but can supply a variety of other styles to customer preference from deluxe brushed aluminium to novel cases in the form of Dogs, Penguins etc.! Also available are micro, cube and media PC cases as well as a good range of professional enclosures including specialist industrial and rackmount.

Complete Kudos systems are covered by a 3-year return to base warranty consisting of: 1st year parts & labour, 2nd & 3rd year labour only. Monitors generally have an independent 2 or 3-year onsite swap out warranty  (unless stated otherwise).
