TRUST......From 1989 we have established a loyal customer base who benefit from our solid after sales service and voluntary extended warranties. Our trading record is exemplary and we remain a valuable constant in an extremely volatile industry, sadly beset by incompetence, indifference and sharp practice. EXPERIENCE......Current industry knowledge allied with long experience drawn from our engineers backgrounds of consultancy and work spanning from mainframe systems means we can offer informed product advice. Over the years we have established close relations with distributors, manufacturers, and trade bodies. That allied with our close attention to independent test and general field data, all helps in our ability to specify and supply stable, reliable and top performing products. There are many products of dubious quality and authenticity disposed of in the poorly regulated UK market. It is now seen by some unscrupulous dealers as a benefit to sell unreliable goods and to profit from high repair charges (claiming non warranted problems) and support calls to premium rate phone numbers.
